[iPad] cant find OTA update beta4 for ipad mini

help.. i have ipad mini ios 7 beta 2. when i go to software update, i cant find ios beta 4 for download or installing. why?
maybe i must update to beta 3 and go to beta 4?
from beta 2 to beta 4 not work?

now in my ipad mini "software is up to date" but ipad mini running ios 7 beta 2.
