We have opportunities for experienced Merchandiser/Trading professionals to join our dynamic team on a senior level. Successful candidates will be accountable for developing and implementing strategic and annual business plans and for overall accountability for related financial results. Senior level positions hold primary responsibility for business relationships with key accounts along with the capacity to identify and act on new business opportunities while balancing profitability, market share and customer service.

To qualify - you will have a degree in Business, Agriculture or a similar discipline, supplemented with several years of trading and agribusiness experience. Proven ability to approach new business initiatives and opportunities, combined with effective negotiating skills are a requirement. Experience developing sales and marketing programs and the development/management of capital and operating budgets combined with the ability to lead, manage and motivate within a results focused merchandising team are essential.
